He declares he's better than all of them anyway, and can give Amanda a life of luxury. But Amanda is disgusted that Lance would go so far.Lance suggests they could at least try being intimate - if it's the best sex Amanda's ever had, they'll get married. And if not, he'll forget all about her old promise. Amanda is still disgusted by his behavior, but she realizes this might be her best chance at getting him to back off for good...
